Begin the journey at Cua Can River, where guests enjoy a peaceful kayaking experience through mangroves and natural surroundings while observing local river life.

Continue to a local bee farm to learn about honeybee cultivation and enjoy fresh honey tasting. Travel through Phu Quoc National Park before arriving at Rach Vem Fishing Village.

Enjoy lunch at the fishing village, followed by swimming and relaxing at Starfish Beach, famous for its shallow clear water and natural starfish habitat. Visit Ganh Dau Beach for a scenic viewpoint toward Cambodia. End the tour at Grand World Entertainment Theme Center or return directly to your hotel, depending on your preference.

Special meal requests such as vegan, vegetarian, or children’s meals must be informed at the time of booking or at least twenty-four hours before departure.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Guests who wish to stop at Grand World Entertainment Theme Center on the return journey should inform the tour guide in advance. Entrance tickets are at guests’ own expense, and return transportation will be by Vinpearl-operated shuttle bus.

• Guests are advised to bring towels, spare clothes, swimwear, comfortable shoes or flip-flops, and some cash.

• In case of unfavorable weather conditions, Rach Vem Beach may be replaced with Ganh Dau Beach to ensure safety.

CHILDREN’S PRICING POLICY

• Children aged ten years and above are charged the adult price.

• Children aged from five to nine years are charged fifty percent of the adult price.

• Children under five years old are free of charge.

Age is determined by year of birth.

PAYMENT POLICY

For groups of one to five guests:

• A deposit of fifty percent of the total tour value is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before the tour date or on the tour day.

For groups of six guests or more:

• A deposit of fifty percent of the total tour value is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before the tour date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For groups of one to five guests:

• Cancellation one day before the tour date: no cancellation fee.

• Cancellation on the tour date: one hundred percent of the tour value will be charged.

For groups of six guests or more:

• Cancellation two days before the tour date: no cancellation fee.

• Cancellation one day before the tour date: fifty percent of the tour value will be charged.

• Cancellation on the tour date: one hundred percent of the tour value will be charged.

Weather-related cancellations for sea tours:

• If the Port Authority does not allow the tour to operate, Vietlook Travel will cancel the tour and provide a full refund.

• If the Port Authority allows the tour to proceed and guests choose to cancel, no refund will be provided.
