Day 1: Bai Dinh or Hoa Lu – Trang An or Tam Coc – Mua Cave

Your tour guide meets you at your hotel or homestay. Begin the 110–kilometer modern bus journey through the verdant countryside. A short break will be made en route.

Option 1: Bai Dinh Pagoda

10:00 – Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda Complex

Arrive at Bai Dinh, the largest pagoda complex in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Situated at the foot of Dinh Mountain, it offers breathtaking views of river valleys and limestone karsts.

Highlights include:

• 500 Arhat stone statues

• Two giant bronze bells (27 tons and 36 tons)

Board a traditional sampan boat and glide through interconnected caves such as Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, and Thanh Truot Cave, along with stops at Cao Son Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, and Vu Lam Temple.

Option 2: Tam Coc Boat Trip

13:30 – Sampan Trip through Tam Coc

Enjoy a 1.5–hour boat excursion through Tam Coc, meaning “Three Caves.” Sail past limestone cliffs, caves, peaceful streams, rice paddies, and serene countryside views. Tam Coc is often called “Ha Long Bay on Land” and offers excellent opportunities for photography.

Mua Cave and Ngoa Long Mountain

Day 2: Ninh Binh – Ha Long Sonata 5 Star Day Cruise – Hanoi

Depart for Ha Long Bay.

11:45 – Arrival at Tuan Chau Island

Enter the private waiting lounge before boarding the Halong Sonata 5–Star Day Cruise. Begin your 6–hour journey on the iconic two–day sleeper boat route, famous for its uninhabited islets and spectacular limestone formations.

Buffet Lunch on Board

Explore the Highlights of Ha Long Bay

14:00 – 16:30 – Bo Hon Archipelago

Leave the cruise and board the bus for your return journey to Hanoi.
