Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa by Bus – Short Trek to Cat Cat Village

Meet at the bus station, board the sleeper bus, and depart for Sapa.

07:30 – 11:45

Travel along the highway to Lao Cai City with a comfort break.

11:45 – 13:00

Continue on the mountain road approaching Sapa Town, enjoying scenic views of valleys and terraced rice fields.

13:00 – 13:30

Arrive in Sapa Town, where ethnic groups such as the H’Mong, Dzao, and Tay appear in colorful traditional clothing.

Take a short drive to the gate of Cat Cat Village, home of the Black H’Mong people and located at the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak.

Your local guide will introduce village activities and local culture as you trek down to the valley to visit the waterfall and the Hydroelectric Power Station built by the French. After some time for photos at the bridge and waterfall, trek uphill to reach the main road.

The driver will pick you up and transfer you back to Sapa.

Return to Sapa Town. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel. Free time for night activities.

Day 2: Sapa – Fansipan Peak – Glass Bridge – Lonely Tree – Silver Waterfall – Sapa

After breakfast at the hotel, the driver and tour guide will take you to the Cable Car Station. Enjoy a 20-minute cable car ride with spectacular mountain scenery.

Reach 2,800 meters above sea level. Spend time sightseeing, taking photos, visiting the spiritual pagoda complex, and trekking up 600 steps to reach Fansipan Peak – the Roof of Indochina. (Approx. 1.5 hours for hiking and photography)

Return to the Cable Car Station and head back to Sapa Town.

Lunch at a local restaurant or at the hotel.

Begin your exploration of Dragon Cloud, Glass Bridge, Lonely Tree, and Silver Waterfall.

Along the way, stop at the summit of O Quy Ho Pass (2,333 meters), one of Vietnam’s Four Great Passes. This is a prime location for cloud hunting and panoramic photos.

At the Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge, you may:

  • Check in at the colorful staircase

  • Take the elevator to the Hao Han Qiao Glass Bridge (three transparent sides)

  • Walk along the 768-meter glass walkway perched 1,000 meters above the mountainside

  • Enjoy free time for photos and explore optional activities within the tourist zone

Return to Sapa Town. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
