    DETAILED ITINERARY

    Hanoi → Ha Giang (Sleeper Bus)

    • 19:30–20:00: Pick-up around Hanoi Old Quarter.

    • Board a luxury private-cabin sleeper bus to Ha Giang.

    • Late evening arrival in Ha Giang City.

    • Check in to shared-room homestay (traditional house) and rest.

    Day 1: Ha Giang City – Bac Sum Slope – Quan Ba Heaven Gate – Twin Mountains – Yen Minh – Tham Ma Slope – H’Mong King Palace – Dong Van

    Meals: Lunch, Dinner

    After breakfast at the homestay, your Easy Rider team will brief you on safety and the route, then the adventure begins.

    • Ride out of Ha Giang into the mountains – the scenery changes quickly from town to towering limestone peaks.

    • Stop at Bac Sum Slope for panoramic views and a short drink break.

    • Continue through Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark – a UNESCO-recognized area full of rice terraces, rock formations and hidden valleys.

    • Visit Quan Ba Heaven Gate and the famous Twin Mountains (Fairy Bosom Hills) – a classic Ha Giang viewpoint.

    • Lunch at a local restaurant in Yen Minh Town.

    • In the afternoon, continue to Tham Ma Slope, a winding mountain road with impressive views.

    • Visit the historic H’Mong King Palace (Vuong family residence), an important cultural and architectural site.

    • Arrive in Dong Van Town, check into homestay, have dinner and free time to explore the Old Quarter (if time allows).
      Overnight in Dong Van.

    Day 2: Dong Van – Volunteer Youth Monument – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Nho Que River Viewpoint – Meo Vac – Bao Lac

    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

    One of the most spectacular days of the trip.

    • After breakfast, ride from Dong Van towards Mã Pí Lèng Pass on the Happiness Road between Dong Van and Meo Vac.

    • Stop at the Volunteer Youth Monument and multiple viewpoints along the pass.

    • Ride the Sky Path to admire the full view of deep canyons and the turquoise Nho Quế River below. This is one of the most iconic sceneries in all of Vietnam.

    • Take time for photo stops and to soak in the mountainous landscape.

    • Continue through Meo Vac Town, then ride further into Cao Bang province along remote mountain trails.

    • Reach Bao Lac Town, home to many ethnic groups (including Tay, Nung, H’Mong, etc.).

    • Check in to a Tay family homestay, enjoy a home-cooked dinner and “happy water” (local rice wine).
      Overnight in Bao Lac.

    Day 3: Bao Lac – Me Pia Slope – Phia Thap Village

    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

    Today you ride approximately 130 km through some of the best scenery in Northeast Vietnam.

    • Depart Bao Lac towards Phia Thap Village.

    • Ride through vast forests, limestone mountains, valleys and small local villages.

    • Stop at Mẻ Pia Slope (Ma Pia) – a spectacular zig-zag mountain pass with dramatic views perfect for photos.

    • Enjoy the cool, fresh air of Cao Bang province, with scenic stops along the way.

    • Lunch en route at a local restaurant.

    • Afternoon ride to Phia Thap Village, known for its charming geo-cultural landscape and traditional life.

    • Check in at a local homestay, relax, and enjoy dinner with the host family.
      Overnight in Phia Thap.

    Day 4: Phia Thap – Nguom Ngao Cave – Ban Gioc Waterfall – Cao Bang City

    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

    Nature day with cave and waterfall highlights.

    • Leave Phia Thap and head to Nguom Ngao Cave – one of Northern Vietnam’s most beautiful caves, featuring impressive stalactites and stalagmites.

    • Stop at viewpoints along the way to appreciate Northeast Vietnam’s hidden charm.

    • Continue riding to Ban Gioc Waterfall on the Vietnam–China border – the largest and one of the most stunning waterfalls in Vietnam.

    • Enjoy the sight of emerald water cascading over terraced rock formations surrounded by forested cliffs.

    • Optional: short bamboo raft ride to get closer to the falls (if available, at extra cost).

    • In the afternoon, ride back towards Cao Bang City.

    • Check in to accommodation in Cao Bang, dinner and free time.
      Overnight in Cao Bang.

    Day 5: Cao Bang – Ba Be Lake – Pac Ngoi Village

    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

    • After breakfast, depart Cao Bang for Ba Be National Park – famous for its combination of mountains, rivers, caves and one of Vietnam’s largest natural freshwater lakes.

    • Ride through mountain passes and rural villages on the way to Ba Be.

    • Arrive in Ba Be Lake area, set among high limestone ranges. The lake never runs dry, even in the dry season.

    • If time permits, you may take a short boat trip on Ba Be Lake or walk around the village.

    • Continue to Pac Ngoi Village, a peaceful Tay ethnic village beside the lake.

    • Check in at a traditional stilt house homestay, dinner and relax in the quiet countryside.
      Overnight in Ba Be.

    Day 6: Ba Be – Boat Trip on Ba Be Lake – Hanoi

    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

    • After breakfast, enjoy trekking in Ba Be National Park – visit hidden villages, traditional Tay houses and explore the surrounding nature.

    • Later, take a boat trip on Ba Be Lake (if not done the previous day) to experience the calm water, limestone cliffs and lush forest.

    • Lunch at a local restaurant in Ba Be.

    • Tour ends in the early afternoon.

    13:00 – Departure to Hanoi

    • Board a limousine bus from Ba Be at around 13:00.

    • Evening arrival back in Hanoi.
      End of tour.
