• Swimwear is required for the water park (no zippers or buttons).

• Please bring towels, spare clothes, suitable footwear, eco-friendly sunscreen, and some cash.

• 50% deposit upon booking

• Balance payable no later than 1 day before or on the tour day

• 50% deposit upon booking

• Balance payable no later than 1 day before the tour date

Cancellation Policy

Groups of 1–5 guests:

• Cancellation 1 day before tour date: free of charge

• Cancellation on tour date: 100% charge

Groups of 6 guests or more:

• Cancellation 2 days before tour date: free of charge

• Cancellation 1 day before tour date: 50% charge

• Cancellation on tour date: 100% charge

Weather-related cancellations:

• If the Port Authority does not allow departure, Vietlook Travel will cancel and provide a full refund.

• If the tour is permitted to operate and guests choose to cancel, no refund will be provided.
